Coordinated Human-Services Transportation Planning –

The CHST Plan was developed with the participation of representatives of public, private, and nonprofit transportation and human-services providers, as well as members of the public. The MPO held public planning forums to discuss the MPO´s Draft Interim CHST Plan, the needs of the target populations in the region, and strategies for meeting those needs. MPO staff made a presentation and used a survey to guide these discussions. Input received from these forums and comments received from the public (via the MPO´s website, by e-mail, and by telephone) were integrated into the CHST Plan.
