Draft Federal Fiscal Year 2009 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP).
The UPWP is an annual document presenting all of the transportation planning projects expected to be undertaken in the region during the fiscal year. It also provides detailed budget information about those projects that will be carried out by the Boston Region MPO. The public review process for this document begins on July 7, 2008 and ends on August 5, 2008.

Copies of the Draft FY 2009 UPWP can be requested online free of charge, in CD, print, or accessible formats. Boston Region MPO Coordinated Human-Services Transportation Plan

The Coordinated Human-Services Transportation Plan (CHST Plan) was accepted by the MPO’s Transportation Planning and Programming Committee on June 26, 2008. The CHST Plan guides funding decisions for three Federal Transit Administration (FTA) programs:

Section 5310 (Elderly Individuals and Individuals with Disabilities)
Section 5316 (Job Access and Reverse Commute—JARC)
Section 5317 (New Freedom)
