We are proposing that the following repurposed earmarks be added to the current Boston FFY 2017-2021 MBTA TIP amendment out for public comment. These earmarks will be listed in the Highway element of the FFY 2017 Boston TIP, and will then be flexed to FTA.

In addition, please propose adding the following repurposed earmark as an adjustment to the Boston TIP in FFY 2017 for project #608562, SOMERVILLE- SIGNAL AND INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT ON I-93 AT MYSTIC AVENUE AND MCGRATH HIGHWAY (TOP 200 CRASH LOCATION).
These funds are intended for the design of the project, which is currently programmed in FFY 2020 using Statewide HSIP.
