·        A brief presentation and discussion of the ways to formalize the representation of operators of public transportation services on the MPO board.

5.     Public Participation Plan (PPP) Amendment, (3:25 PM)

Jen Rowe, Public Participation Manager, CTPS; 15 minutes

·        A brief presentation and discussion on the proposed amendment to the MPO’s Public Participation Plan to modify the length of public comment periods.

6.     FFY 2018–22 Transportation Improvement Program Update, (3:40 PM)

·        A review of the status of the TIP development process with upcoming opportunities for input.

7.     FFY 2018 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Workshop, (3:50 PM)

·         A brief presentation of the current status and upcoming key dates in the development of the FFY 2018 UPWP. This will be followed by a discussion among Advisory Council members of their ideas and priorities for transportation planning studies for funding in the FFY 2018 UPWP.

·         The 3C Documents Committee will introduce members and upcoming committee activities.

8.     Old Business, New Business and Member Announcements (4:25 PM); 5 minutes

·         Ongoing Advisory Council items and issues including notices by members and items that were not anticipated.
