4.     Transportation Mitigation for Development Projects, 20 minutes (3:15 PM)   J. Lionel Lucien, P.E., Public/ Private Development Unit – Office of Transportation Planning, MassDOT – Review and discussion of the state’s role in the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) process to assess transportation impacts and require mitigation.

5.     Regional Transportation Modeling and Analysis, 20 minutes (3:35 PM) Ed Bromage, Manager, Travel Model Development, CTPS – Presentation on how the regional travel model informs the MEPA process for regionally significant transportation impacts.

6.     Draft Massachusetts Freight Plan, 30 minutes (3:55 PM) Gabriel Sherman, Capital Planning Group – Office of Transportation Planning, MassDOT – Overview and discussion of the freight planning process with public comment period ending December 6, 2017.

7.     Old Business, New Business, and Member Announcements, 5 minutes (4:25 PM) Ongoing Advisory Council items and issues, including notices by members and items that were not anticipated.
