Introductions/Agenda Review
· A motion to approve the AACT meeting minutes of March 28, 2018, and April 25, 2018, was approved unanimously.
James White, Chair, reported on the following.
· Chair White apologized for his absence in April.
· He recently attended a Paratransit Task Force meeting.
· He announced that the MBTA Fiscal and Management Control Board has awarded The RIDE Access Center contract to Transdev IntelliRide with service to begin as of June 1, 2018.
None were presented.
· The extension of the Taxi Subsidy pilot will continue through August 2018.
· The Task Force was introduced to Transdev IntelliRide management.
· Transdev IntelliRide noted that a consultant had been hired to train current staff, with each member given 60 days to train and undergo an evaluation from Transdev IntelliRide.
· The addition of services for Uber and LYFT from the call center time has not been set.
· He commented on the status of eligible RIDE users who qualify as conditional would receive a free Charlie Card with picture and asked whether or not the Travel Training was a prerequisite to getting the card.
· He discussed the potential consequences of the Automated Fare Collection 2.0 on low-income customer, disability communities, and others.
· He discussed that the MBTA should do more to reach out to municipalities to find the needs of their communities with fixed-route issues.
· He commented that members are waiting to review the new Bylaws and the Memorandum of Understanding.
· Members need to be made aware of the demise of AACT and that June will be the last meeting.

engagement group will be announced via email distribution, using the former
AACT distribution list, and on the T website.
The meetings will be accessible to people with disabilities and via

as materials in accessible formats or languages, or interpreters in American
Sign Language upon advance request of 15 days of the scheduled meetings. In the

The MPO complies with

Complaints filed under federal law (based on race, color, national origin
[including limited English proficiency], sex, age, or disability) must be filed
no later than 180 calendar days after the date the person believes the
discrimination occurred. Complaints filed under Massachusetts General Law
(based on race, color, religious creed, national origin, sex, sexual
orientation, disability, or ancestry) or Governor's Executive Order 526,
section 4 (based on race, color, age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation,
gender identity or expression, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin,
disability, veteran's status [including Vietnam-era veterans], or background)
must be filed no later than 300 calendar days after the date the person
believes the discrimination occurred. A complaint form and additional
