a.          The new ‘appeals’ process being implemented as a        result of the introduction of the in-person assessment      process

 

b.          Discussion the public process of items to be addressed   at future membership meetings such as the ‘No-Show Policy’ and the shortening of reservation window to       five days from fourteen days

 

3.    Open Discussion, Announcements and Meeting Adjournment.
