Department of Transportation Description of plans for rehabilitation of the Callahan Tunnel,
which carries traffic from Bostons North End to Logan International Airport
and Route 1A in East Boston, and traffic management. The project will
require a complete closure of the tunnel for approximately three months
beginning in January 2014
