5. Long Range Transportation Plan, 30 minutes (3:25 PM) A. McGahan, Manager, Long Range Transportation Plan, MPO Staff, Discussion of the Boston Region MPO’s central vision and associated goals and objectives, now out for public comment, and preview of the LRTP Needs Assessment. Consider the approval for recommendation of the vision, goals, and objectives (pdf) (html) for the LRTP update, Charting Progress to 2040.

6. Public Participation Plan, 25 minutes (3:55 PM) P. Wolfe, Manager, Certification Activities, MPO Staff, Discussion of the new Public Participation Plan and how the MPO regularly strives to engage the public in the exchange of ideas and information.
