Help the Boston Region Metropolitan Planning Organization Plan for the Future of Transportation!

Attend a workshop to share your views.

Staff from the Boston Region Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will answer questions and gather comments about the MPO’s investment strategies for meeting the region’s transportation needs. You can comment directly on the MPO’s plans, which include drafts of three major planning documents.

• Charting Progress to 2040 — The long-range transportation plan that articulates the MPO’s vision for the region’s future transportation system and funds projects and programs to achieve it.
  
  
• Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2016–19 Transportation Improvement Program — The short-range transportation program that identifies highway and transit projects in the Boston region that will receive federal funding in the near term.
  
  
• FFY 2016 Unified Planning Work Program — The program that establishes transportation-planning studies that will be conducted in the region in the upcoming year.
