2. March 2024
   • Staff complete work program planning
     
   • Staff develop preliminary program budgets
     
   • Staff present Universe of Proposed Studies to UPWP Committee and Advisory Council
3. April 2024
   • Staff announce final list of independent research studies Staff produce FFY 2025 UPWP document
4. May 2024
   • MPO releases Draft FFY 2025 UPWP document for 21-day public comment period
     Staff gather feedback on FFY 2025 UPWP document
5. June 2024
• UPWP Committee requests endorsement of FFY 2025 UPWP from MPO board
